Mental health and wellbeing
How we support wellbeing and set boundaries around workload and hours.
- Head of People
- Annually
Our commitment
Sustainable work beats heroic work. We treat mental health with the same seriousness as physical health, and we design workload so that long hours are the exception, not the culture.
What we provide
- Confidential support routes and signposting to professional help
- Reasonable adjustments for mental health conditions, treated as a disability where the Equality Act applies
- No expectation of replies outside working hours
- Regular one-to-ones that cover workload, not just delivery
- Recovery time after intense periods such as launches or events
Confidentiality
Health information is sensitive personal data. It is shared only with those who need it to provide support or make an adjustment, and only with consent unless there is a risk to life.
Governance and review
This policy is owned by the Head of People and approved by the board. It is reviewed at least annually, and sooner if the law, our operations or our risk profile changes.
