Understanding pay, saving, tax and ownership early enough for it to matter, rather than a decade too late.

The part of a career nobody plans for. Pressure, burnout and the habits that decide whether a career lasts.
How each number is counted.
- Community
- The combined following of the Equity House companies and shows, counted once per platform and refreshed quarterly.
- Reach
- Views and impressions of content published by our companies. It counts times seen, not individual people.
- Supported
- People who have used something we built: mentoring, a tool, a programme, or advice delivered directly.
- What we do not count
- Paid advertising reach bought by partners, and anything we cannot evidence. If a number is not on this page, we are not claiming it.
Country and year breakdowns
We are not publishing a split by country or by year until the reporting behind it is sound. When it is, it appears here first. Ask for the working figures in the meantime.
