Equity House is building and backing solutions for the career world. See what we've built

Equity House

Reach, hire and develop
the next generation.

Brands, employers and institutions work with Equity House to get in front of young people, hire them properly and build their skills. That work pays for everything we give away free.

Three reasons people call us.

Brands and media owners

You want young people to know who you are, in a way that does not feel like an advert. We make the work with them, not about them.

Attention that lasts longer than a campaign

Employers

You want a stronger early careers pipeline and fewer people leaving in year one. We reach them before they apply and help them stay once they join.

Better applicants, better retention

Institutions and public bodies

You need to reach young people at scale and prove it happened. We bring the audience, the format and the reporting.

Scale with numbers you can publish

Six ways partners work with the house.

Branded campaigns

Campaigns built with our studio and talent, made to land with the people you actually want to reach.

Social impact

Real programmes with measurable outcomes, connecting your business to the careers of the next generation.

Positive profiling

Storytelling that puts your people, culture and purpose in front of a hard-to-reach audience.

Reach and awareness

Distribution across our channels and community, with 157 million+ reach behind every message.

Skills development

Practical training and workshops that build the skills your teams and future hires actually need.

Hiring and talent

Pipelines into your business, from work experience and apprenticeships to graduate hiring.

Employers, media owners, financial institutions and public bodies. Organisations that want the next generation to know who they are, and to be worth joining once they do.

Four steps, no agency chain.

A conversation

Tell us what you're trying to do. Reach a younger audience, hire differently, build skills inside your business, or back something that matters.

Scope and outcomes

We agree what good looks like before anything is built, with the measures written down so progress is something you can check.

Build and deliver

Our studio, community and companies do the work. You get one team, not a chain of agencies.

Report back

Reach, outcomes and what we'd change next time. Honest numbers, including the ones that didn't land.

Young people
never pay.

Everything we build for young people is free to them. If something costs money, a partner is paying for it so they don't have to.

We take no outside investment and we're not a charity, so we don't take funding from causes that need it more. Partner work is what funds the tools, content and mentoring we give away.

You've built something genuinely meaningful with My Duvet Flip, and your interviewing style makes people feel comfortable enough to open up properly.

The things
people ask.

What does a partnership cost?

It depends on scope. Some work is a single piece of content, some is a year long programme. We price it once we know what good looks like, and we tell you if we are not the right people for it.

How quickly can we start?

A first conversation happens within a few days. Most projects begin inside four to six weeks, faster if it fits work already in the calendar.

Do you only work with big organisations?

No. Size matters less than intent. If the work genuinely helps young people, we will find a shape that fits your budget.

Who owns the work?

You own what you pay for. Anything we give away free to young people stays free, permanently, and we agree that up front.

How do you measure it?

Reach, engagement and outcomes agreed before we start. We report the numbers that did not land as well as the ones that did.

Tell us what
you're after.

A short note is enough to start. We'll come back to you within a few days.
