The guidance and skills nobody teaches you, available to anyone building a career at any stage.
Why we exist
A career shouldn't be a guessing game.
Most people are handed a career the same way: a few conversations with whoever their family happens to know, a job title that sounded reasonable at eighteen, and years spent finding out what the role actually involved.
The people with a network absorb that information for free. Everyone else pays for it in time, in pay, and in the jobs they never applied for because nobody told them it was an option.
Equity House builds and backs the companies that close that gap — media, technology, community and capital pointed at the same outcome.
From our founder
I didn't have a network. I had to build one and then I realised most people never get the chance to. That is the whole reason this house exists.
What we believe
Opportunity is distributed, access is not
Talent shows up everywhere. Introductions, advice and second chances do not. We build the parts of a career that are usually inherited.
Free at the point of use
Young people are never charged for what we build for them. Partners fund it, so cost never decides who gets help.
Build companies, not campaigns
Awareness fades. Products compound. Everything in the house has to work as a real business so it can keep running.
Scale is the point
One billion people is not a slogan. It is the number that forces us to build things that work without us in the room.
One billion is a lot of people. We could use the help.
