Equity House is building and backing solutions for the career world. See what we've built

A house built to change
what a career can look like.

Equity House Group Ltd. is a UK holding company. We build and back companies that give one billion people ownership over their jobs, their money and their health.

One billion people, with a real say over their working life.

Work is the single biggest thing that decides how a life goes, and most people are handed no map for it. Nobody explains how pay is set, how to get in without a contact, what to do with money once it arrives, or how to last more than a few years without burning out.

Equity House exists to hand that map to everyone, for free, at the scale the problem actually has. Three focuses run through everything we build: jobs, money and health.

Four chapters, in order.

  1. 01

It started with a problem nobody owned

Careers are still decided by who you know, what your parents did and where you grew up. Plenty of people talk about it. Very few build anything that changes it.

  2. 02

    One company, then an audience

The first work was making career advice public: showing real jobs, real pay and real routes in, to an audience that had never been given a straight answer. That audience is now more than two million people.

  3. 03

    The house

One company could only fix one part of it. Equity House was set up as a holding company so several companies could each take a piece — getting in, getting paid, staying well — and share the same audience, team and standards.

  4. 04

    Where we are now

Four solutions, some live and some in build, 17 million people supported so far, and partners funding the work so it stays free for the people using it.

Jackson Parsons speaking to an audience of young people

Built by someone who had to work it out the hard way.

Jackson Parsons is co-founder and CEO. He started without a network, learned how careers actually work by getting it wrong in public, and then spent years putting those answers back out in the open for people in the same position.

That is still how the house runs. The people making the decisions are close enough to the problem to feel it, and the standards below are non-negotiable because of it.

It is also why we now build solely for the forgotten middle: the young people who tick none of the boxes support is designed around, who look fine on paper and are quietly stuck in reality. Read why.

Founder-led, not founder-dependent

Jackson still builds, still speaks, still sits in the rooms. But the house is designed so each company can outlive any one person in it.

Free at the point of use

Young people never pay. Companies fund the work, and we say plainly how that money is made.

Only numbers we can evidence

Every figure we publish has a counting method next to it. If we cannot show our working, we do not claim it.

If any of this sounds like your problem too, come and build it with us.
