Our standards on dignity at work, including third-party harassment and events.

- Annually
Our commitment
Everyone is entitled to work free of harassment, bullying and intimidation. We take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment, including harassment by clients, suppliers, audiences and event attendees.
What counts
Harassment is unwanted conduct related to a protected characteristic that violates someone's dignity or creates an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment. Bullying is offensive, intimidating, malicious or insulting behaviour, or an abuse of power. Intention is not the test; impact is.
Events, filming and social settings
Our standards apply at shoots, conferences, socials and online, including on our own channels. Event organisers must brief crew and set out a reporting route before the day.
How to report
Raise it informally with your manager where you feel able, or make a formal complaint to contact@equityhouse.io. Formal complaints are investigated promptly, confidentially and by someone independent of the parties.
Governance and review
This policy is owned by the Head of People and approved by the board. It is reviewed at least annually, and sooner if the law, our operations or our risk profile changes.
