Flexible and remote working
How flexible working requests are handled and how remote work is supported.
- Head of People
- Annually
Our commitment
Where the work allows it, people should be able to shape when and where they do it. Flexibility is a design choice, not a favour.
Making a request
Every employee has the statutory right to request flexible working from day one. Requests should be made in writing; we respond within two months, discuss alternatives before refusing, and give written reasons for any decision.
Working remotely
- A safe, suitable workspace, with a DSE assessment on request
- Company devices and secure access for any work involving personal data
- Core collaboration hours agreed within each team
- Equivalent access to development, pay review and progression regardless of location
Governance and review
This policy is owned by the Head of People and approved by the board. It is reviewed at least annually, and sooner if the law, our operations or our risk profile changes.
