We are a small company with a large network, so our biggest lever is influence: how we travel, what we buy, and what we ask of suppliers.

Our approach

• Rail before air for domestic and near-Europe travel
• Remote-first meetings, with travel reserved for work that genuinely needs the room
• Cloud and hosting providers selected with renewable energy commitments in mind
• Devices kept in service longer, then refurbished or recycled responsibly
• Event production planned to minimise single-use materials and waste
• Environmental standards included in our supplier code of conduct

Honesty about claims

We do not make net-zero, carbon-neutral or offset claims that we cannot evidence. Where we report impact, we state the method and the limits of the data.

Governance and review

This policy is owned by the Chief Operating Officer and approved by the board. It is reviewed at least annually, and sooner if the law, our operations or our risk profile changes.
